PAYMENT 

• UK only - cheques are acceptable from UK purchasers only, they should be in GBP Sterling (£) and made payable to 'R A DAVIES'. Once your cheque has cleared the order will be processed and you will be notified accordingly. Please ensure you advise us of your intended delivery address.
• UK & International - purchases can be made online via PayPal. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic, therefore payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Your card/bank details are not stored by us or made available to us in any way. For full details regarding PayPal please visit their website at www.paypal.com

DELIVERY

• For UK mainland PRINT orders, please select delivery in the drop-down list. For non-mainland orders, please e-mail us at russanthony@live.co.uk for confirmation of postage and packing.
• For International PRINT orders, because carriage costs vary according to destination, please e-mail us at russanthony@live.co.uk for confirmation of postage and packing.
• The service provided by the designated carrier will be trackable and shall require a signature at delivery. Carrier details will be confirmed upon despatch.
• For UK mainland orders please allow up to 14 days for delivery following clearance of funds and for International orders please allow up to 28 days.

TAX

• If ordering from outside the UK, it's possible your purchase will be liable to import taxes or duties. In such instances, any costs must be met by the purchaser.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the print/original work - the statutory minimum is 7 days. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and e-mailed to russanthony@live.co.uk
• The refund is strictly conditional on the print/original work being received back by us in its original state and packaging, or similar equivalent. The cost of returning the print/original work must be borne by the purchaser and is not refundable.
• Please ensure the delivery method by which the print/original work is returned is trackable and please e-mail us with the corresponding tracking number.
• Once the returned print/original work has been received and satisfactorily checked, you will be issued a full refund via the same payment method used for purchase, i.e. cheque or PayPal.
• If an order is placed but the print/original work is no longer available then a full refund will be effected forthwith.

COLOUR VARIATION

• Due to individual monitor settings there may be slight variations in tone and colour.

PRIVACY

• Your personal details will only be used to process your order and will not be passed onto any third parties.
